The online portion accommodates the students’ needs, allowing lessons to be at their own pace within milestone parameters. The online portion includes regularly scheduled virtual study halls with the facilitator/consultant to maintain progress and ensure students’ comprehension.

The classroom work following the online lessons reinforces the concepts through the use of simulations. Students are able to apply their new found knowledge in project type of settings.
