I first met Steve in 2010 when I was a Plant Manager at CareFusion. Steve evaluated the plant using a Lean Maturity Index and then collaborated with the team to improve our score year-over-year by educating and implementing Lean Six Sigma practices.
I am now Director, Operations for ICU Medical’s Salt Lake City facility. We have engaged with Steve’s company the Ebbing Group to improve our Lean Six Sigma culture and application within the operation.
Steve is a highly knowledgeable Master Black Belt that has an excellent ability to educate all levels of employees from front line operators to highly degreed engineers.
In the past year and a half Steve has helped us:
– Develop 4 Six Sigma Black Belts and 19 Green Belts
– Conducted train-the-trainer White Belt Training so that we can be self-sufficient
– Coordinated a Lean Maturity Assessment of the operation
– Conducted TPM and Lean Daily Management training
